3. Data Ownership and Use of Aggregated Data
All cleaning task records and associated identifiable data are the exclusive property of the client organization. Techgia International Inc. does not claim ownership of this data and will only access it for technical support, system maintenance, or legal compliance, always with proper authorization.
In addition, Techgia International Inc. may process anonymized or aggregated data for the following purposes: providing and maintaining the Service and its functionalities, verifying task traceability and compliance, optimizing platform performance and reliability, generating reports and metrics for clients, developing new features and services, conducting sector-wide analysis, market research, and creating predictive models. Such processing will never identify an individual user or organization.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Data is securely stored in Google Cloud U.S.-based servers.
- We apply encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
- Access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel using authentication safeguards.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary for providing services or to meet legal requirements. Upon termination of a client account, data is deleted or anonymized within 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data may only be shared in the following cases:
- With service providers necessary for system operation (e.g., Google Cloud for hosting, Stripe for payments, Twilio for notifications).
- To comply with legal obligations or valid law enforcement requests.
- With the client’s explicit consent or written instruction.
In addition, anonymized or aggregated data may be shared in reports, industry benchmarking, or research publications, provided that such data does not identify any individual user or organization.
