VESTA is a digital system that completely replaces paper-based cleaning logs, offering real-time traceability, full control, and digital access through a mobile App and a web-based Dashboard.
You can create as many locations, spaces, and users as needed, and log unlimited cleaning tasks.
The administrator sets up the locations, spaces, and users from the Dashboard. Then, the cleaning staff logs each task through the App in two ways:
1. Automatically, by scanning a QR code that identifies the location and space.
2. Manually, by selecting the location and space directly from the App.
All records are securely stored in the cloud, following best practices in data protection.

No. You only need web access to the Dashboard via our website, and to download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
In areas without mobile or Wi-Fi coverage, the App also works in offline mode: staff can log cleanings normally and the data is stored on the device. As soon as the connection is restored, VESTA automatically syncs all the information. So, you never lose a record.
QR codes (both operational and public) are generated automatically within VESTA. The administrator can print them using a standard printer or send them to a professional print shop for extra durability (e.g., vinyl, PVC, or adhesive labels). Once printed, they can be installed easily by the administrator or their team—no technical support needed.
Operational QR:
Used by cleaning staff to log each task. When scanned with the App, it automatically identifies the space and logs the cleaning, including time, user, and procedure followed.
Public QR:
A second code that anyone can scan with a mobile phone to see the cleanings completed in the past 72 hours.
VESTA logs the time, location, space, and user who performed the task. It can also register geolocation if enabled.
The administrator can view the full cleaning history in the Dashboard, filtered by date, location, space, user, or client company.
Yes. VESTA allows you to generate downloadable reports in PDF, Excel, or CSV format, filtered by date, location, space, user, or client. These reports are ideal for audits, internal reviews, or client service documentation.
